How to complete a return?

At Giggles & Glitter, we want you to love every item you receive. Each product is selected and packaged with care, and we hope it brings joy, sparkle, and smiles. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! We’ve created a return policy that’s fair, easy to follow, and respectful of both your experience and the nature of our small business.

You may return new, unworn and unused items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.  Please pack all items in their original packing for return. All returns are at the customers expense.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
